And remember, to only import a certain part of your screen recording, use the slider under the preview and hold shift over the section of the video you want to import as a frame animation. I make to sure to only use every 5 frames, because if I make it any more or less, the timing of the GIF doesn’t work right for me. Step 7: Go to File > Import > Video Frames to Layers mov file saved in your ‘Movies’ folder or wherever you decided to make the default save location.
